First aid training is essential in many sectors, but that doesn’t mean it has to be dull, uninformative, or merely a box-ticking exercise. Recently, we had the pleasure of working with Fountains Primary School, a local school renowned for its expertise in specialised education. Given the nature of their work, they have a large staff population and often find annual training to be challenging, costly, and sometimes underwhelming.

We incorporated a balanced mix of theory, practical sessions, collaborative activities, and a few games to keep the energy up. We received a 97% rating for excellence in facilities, handouts, equipment, course content, subject knowledge, maintaining interest, effective teaching methods, support and guidance, appearance, and instructor confidence.
