Qualsafe Level 1 Award in Introduction to Mental Health in the Workplace (RQF)

The Level 1 Award in Introduction to Mental Health in the Workplace is a regulated and nationally recognised qualification for people who wish to raise their awareness of mental health and improve their mindfulness in work and everyday life. The qualification would be suitable for an individual or a group of up to 25 colleagues within a business.

Throughout this half day course, learners will be introduced to mental health issues such as depression and suicide and build an understanding of stress.
