3. Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
• Practical CPR skills for adult, child, and infant casualties.
• The importance of chest compressions and rescue breaths.
• How to perform effective CPR in an emergency situation.
4. Choking Management
• Techniques for dealing with a choking casualty (back slaps, abdominal thrusts).
• Recognising the signs of choking in adults, children, and infants.
• What to do if a casualty becomes unresponsive due to choking.
5. External Bleeding and Wound Care
• How to control external bleeding using appropriate techniques such as pressure, bandages, and dressings.
