• Parents, guardians, and carers: Those who care for infants and children, such as parents, grandparents, or anyone else with a role in caring for young children, who want to learn essential paediatric first aid skills to be prepared for emergencies.

This 1-day course will equip learners with the necessary skills and knowledge to handle a variety of paediatric first aid situations, including: managing an unresponsive infant or child, performing CPR, responding to choking, dealing with seizures, controlling external bleeding, and more.

Please Note:

For those who have completed a Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification on or after 30th June 2016, it is a statutory requirement to hold either a full Paediatric First Aid or Emergency Paediatric First Aid certificate within three months of starting work in an early years setting.
